He's very strong, so he'll need a a rider with experience or a strong youth rider working with a coach or trainer.
We've started Dutch on barrels, and he’s run in the Bozeman Valley View Rodeo calmly in front of the big crowd. Miss Rodeo Montana has also used Dutch to take a queen lap at Valley View - he's fast, gorgeous, and reliable. Dutch is sound. See him run barrels.
